How do you ensure plants arrive in healthy condition?
We use specialized, breathable packaging designed to secure the root ball and protect delicate foliage during transit. Every plant is inspected for health and hydrated immediately before shipping.
What is your policy on plants that arrive damaged?
We offer a 30-day 'Arrive Alive' guarantee. If your plant arrives dead or severely damaged, simply send us a photo of the plant and the packaging within 48 hours of delivery for a free replacement or full refund.
How long does shipping typically take?
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. To avoid plants sitting in warehouses over the weekend, we typically ship on Mondays and Tuesdays. Transit usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your location.
Do you provide care instructions for the plants?
Yes! Every plant comes with a digital care guide sent to your email, along with a physical care card in the box detailing light requirements, watering schedules, and soil preferences.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
You can cancel or modify your order within 12 hours of placement. Once a plant has been pulled from our greenhouse and prepared for shipping, we are unable to make further changes.
